Martial arts is an excellent way for kids to develop better motor-skills, boost their self-confidence and learn discipline and focus while having heaps of fun! Designed for children aged 5 to 12 years old, the program includes Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training. With an emphasis on respect and building camaraderie in a safe and friendly environment, Pineapple MMA is the best place for your little one to start their martial arts journey.

FAQs
Each kids Muay Thai or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class is 45 minutes in duration. Our experienced instructor team will guide the kids through a fun and engaging full body workout that includes stretching and warmup, technique practice, and cool down exercises.
Our instructor team is patient and experienced in teaching kids of all levels and fitness ability. If you have concerns about your child's physical ability to train, please seek medical clearance from your doctor before starting on a new fitness program.
You may create an account and sign up for a membership package on the Pineapple MMA app (available on iOS app store or Google Play). Thereafter, you can select your preferred class timings and book a class through the app.
Please arrive at the gym at least 10 minutes before the class starts, and be ready in workout attire and hands wrapped (for Muay Thai), or in the Gi (for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu). Don't worry if you are not sure how to wrap your hands, our instructors can help!
