Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has its origins in Japan and Brazil and is often known as “the gentle art”. Like a game of human chess, it is a martial art that is as mental as it is physical, and is super-addictive! The sport of BJJ leads students on a never-ending path of learning that is ridiculously fulfilling. We offer classes in both Gi and No-Gi, and it is highly recommended that students train in both disciplines as each one benefits the other.
