Comfortable training clothes, water, and a towel. Gloves and hand wraps are required. Gym gloves and wraps are free to use during free trial sessions only. For regular classes, gear can be rented for S$10. Training equipment is also available to purchase on site from top Muay Thai and boxing brands.
