Muay Thai, which translates to “Thai Boxing”, is the national sport of Thailand and one of the fastest growing sports in the world. It is a martial art with roots originating from military use dating back to the 13th century in ancient Thailand. Often referred to as the “art of eight limbs” for its use of punches, kicks, elbow and knee strikes, it is a beautiful and technical martial art.

FAQs
Each Muay Thai class is 1-hour in duration. You will be guided through a full body workout including warmup, technique drills, padwork, bagwork, conditioning and cool down exercises. Our experienced instructor team will program the session based on your experience level and athletic ability, to ensure that you learn and improve in every training session.
Our instructor team is patient and vastly experienced in teaching students of all levels and fitness ability, from beginners to professional athletes. If you have concerns about your physical ability to train, please seek medical clearance from your doctor before starting on a new fitness program.
Come in comfortable workout clothes, and bring your own handwraps and gloves. You will also need shinpads and mouthguard for the Muay Thai sparring classes. We offer a selected range of gear for sale at the gym - speak with us to find out more.
You may create an account and sign up for a membership package on the Pineapple MMA app (available on iOS app store or Google Play). Thereafter, you can select your preferred class timings and book a class through the app.
Please arrive at the gym at least 10 minutes before the class starts and be ready in your workout attire and hands wrapped. Don't worry if you are not sure how to wrap your hands, our instructors can help you!
